Responsibilities:
- Development and customization of WordPress themes and plugins
- Integration of ready-made HTML layouts into WordPress
- Refinement and technical support of existing WordPress websites
- Performance optimization and SEO
- Setting up WooCommerce for online stores
Requirements:
- Experience — at least 1 year
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS
- Confident work with WordPress (hooks, shortcodes, WP_Query)
- Experience with WooCommerce, ACF, Contact Form 7, or other WordPress plugins
- Ability to understand and work with someone else’s code
- English language proficiency (minimum level — Intermediate)
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Gutenberg and custom blocks
- Knowledge of WordPress REST API
- Familiarity with build tools (Gulp, Webpack)
- Experience with Git and Composer
- Knowledge of other CMS (Joomla!, Drupal)
- Experience with caching (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache)
