  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    1. This Cookie Policy of ITGarantSoft LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Protection of Personal Data" in order to protect the personal data of users of the website itg-soft (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), who are subjects of personal data.
    2. The Policy explains to users of the Website for what purposes and how ITGarantSoft LLC processes cookies, as well as how users can control the process of such processing.
    3. Cookies are small files with text and (or) digital information that are transferred to the user's device browser when visiting the Website and when the user subsequently tries to open a page of the Website, the browser sends the corresponding files to the server for user authentication, storage of their personal preferences and settings, tracking the status of the user's access session, etc.
    4. ITGarantSoft LLC processes cookies for the following purposes:

      ITGarantSoft LLC collects the specified information in accordance with the purposes specified in clause 1.4 of this Policy.

    8. Aggregated data not related to the identification of a specific user may be transferred to the following interested third parties (advertisers and (or) publishers) for the purpose of developing targeted advertising, researching advertising effectiveness and improving it:

  3. METHODS OF OBTAINING USER CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF COOKIES

    1. ITGarantSoft LLC offers the user upon first visiting the Website to agree to the use of cookies or refuse to use them by clicking on the "accept" or "reject" buttons on the pop-up information banner.

      At the same time, by clicking on the "accept" button, the user agrees to the use of all types of cookies specified in clause 2.1. of this Policy. By clicking on the "reject" button, the user refuses to use analytic cookies.

      Since ITGarantSoft LLC can ensure the full and correct functioning of the Website, including the security of its use, only with the use of technical/functional (mandatory) cookies, this type of cookie cannot be disabled. Additionally, by clicking on the link on the pop-up information banner, the user can configure the use of a specific type of cookie, with the exception of the type "technical/functional (mandatory) cookies".

    2. The Website saves the user's choice of cookie settings for 1 (one) year. After this period, the Website will again ask for the User's consent by displaying a pop-up information banner.
    3. The Website user can change his choice, as well as refuse to use cookies before the expiration of the period specified in clause 3.2 of this Policy, by clicking on the "Cookie Settings" button at the bottom of the Website page. The user can also manually clean the device and (or) refuse to use cookies by going to the browser's configuration settings and selecting the following options:
      • blocking cookies on the user's device;
      • notifying the user from the browser of consent to the installation of a new cookie on the user's device;
      • accepting or rejecting cookies depending on the sender.

    4. The correct operation of the Website is possible only if technical/functional (mandatory) cookies are used. In case of disabling this type of cookie, ITGarantSoft LLC cannot guarantee the user full and efficient operation of all functional capabilities of the Website.

      Disabling analytical and (or) advertising cookies will not allow taking measures to improve the Website's operation based on user preferences, as well as selecting advertising and other advertising materials for the most relevant, suitable purpose for each specific user.

    5. The user, who is a subject of personal data, has the right to seek assistance in exercising his rights, as well as on issues related to the use of cookies by ITGarantSoft LLC, by contacting the information security service in one of the following ways:
      • by sending an email to the email address info@itg-soft.by;
      • by sending a written application to the address: Republic of Belarus, Minsk, 220056, Independence Ave., 196, 6th floor, office 1;
      • by sending an application in the form of an electronic document containing the electronic digital signature of the personal data subject to the email address info@itg-soft.by.

  4. FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. This Policy is published in the public domain on the Internet on the Website and is effective from the date of its approval.
    2. ITGarantSoft LLC has the right at its own discretion to unilaterally change and (or) supplement the terms of this Policy without prior notification of the personal data subjects by posting a new version of the Policy on the Website.
