Responsibilities:
- daily communication with customers - receiving, processing and transferring tasks from the customer
- processing of both incoming applications and calls, as well as making outgoing calls to customers and the subsequent sending of proposals for additional work on the site - updating the site management system, maintenance, updating the site, website promotion, etc.
- reporting
- checking the results of the technical department
- work with documents - invoicing, preparation of simple documents (contracts, additional agreements, etc.) according to the template
- decrease in receivables by reminding customers of their availability
Requirements:
- experience - from 1 year
- knowledge of the basics of web development - terminology, website creation steps, other services that can be offered to the customer (promotion, maintenance, etc.)
- ability to work with documents - understanding how and from what parts a contract, act, additional agreement, official letter, etc. should be drawn up.
- High PC user - Microsoft Office, standard Windows programs
